Frequently asked questions
What age is it for?
Dentino comes in two sizes: Kids (up to age 9) and Juniors (age 9+). Dentino models for adults are coming soon.
Does it really clean like a regular toothbrush?
The U-shaped head reaches every tooth surface at the same time. For little ones we recommend always checking, as with any toothbrush, and keeping up regular dentist visits.
How do I charge it and how long does it last?
With the magnetic base and USB cable: about 60 minutes of charging gives about 20 days of use.
Can it get wet?
Yes, it’s IPX7 waterproof: you can rinse it under running water. Don’t leave it submerged.
How do I choose the mode?
With the button: gentle mode (8,000 vibrations/min) is ideal for little ones and sensitive gums, normal mode (12,000) for older kids.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 8–15 business days. You’ll get a tracking link by email.
Can I return it?
Yes, you have 60 days from delivery: if you’re not satisfied we’ll refund you in full. Just write to us from the Contact page.

1 Dentino toothbrush, 1 U-shaped silicone head, 1 USB charging cable and the user manual.
